Speakers 2009: Diana Canzona-Hindman, SPHR

Diana Canzona-Hindman has been with PCL three years and has led the implementation of the wellness initiatives for this respected construction company. In addition, she administers PCL’s relocation program, and salary, benefit and recognition surveys. Diana co-authored PCL’s culture nominations for the “Best Companies to Work for in Colorado” and FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” programs.
Diana has over 20 years of progressive and diverse human resources experience in various industries. Her background includes working for Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications industry as well as a non-profit organization and a local municipality. Her business partner and generalist background includes strategic planning, organizational development, management training, employee relations, process design, development and implementation, talent management, compensation and benefits administration, and culture integration of acquisition companies.
Prior to joining PCL, she was the Director of Human Resources for Donor Alliance and Regional District Manager for Avaya, Inc. where she supported all business units in 11 states. Diana founded C & H Consulting and served as an HR Consultant for a Fortune 100 client.
Diana has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1996 through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, she obtained her Organization Development Certificate in 2003 through the program at Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC).
Currently Diana is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA).
