Speakers 2009: Kelly Esselman, CEBS, SPHR

Kelly is a staff member of the Human Resource Services Group at Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC). MSEC is an employers association based in Denver, Colorado, assisting more than 3,000 member organizations throughout the mountain state region with their employment law, human resource consulting, training and survey needs. Kelly consults with and provides training for member organizations in all facets of Human Resources specializing in Benefits and Compensation.

Additionally she sits on the Board and consults for the Business Health Forum, served on the Business Task force for the Blue Ribbon Commission and is involved with a number of projects in Colorado around Health Care education and reform.

Prior to joining MSEC Kelly worked as a human resources manager and generalist in a variety of industries including Investment Banking, Telecom, Publishing and Wholesale/Retail.

She graduated from Pace University with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a minor in Statistics. She is also a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional through the HR Certification Institute, and has her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation through the International Foundation for Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School.
