Speakers 2009: Sandra G. Morris, RN, MSN, CM
Sandra G. Morris is the Senior Manager of U.S. Benefits Design for The Procter & Gamble Company. Her responsibilities include the strategic development, deployment and administration of benefits for P&G's 45,000 U.S. employees. After thirteen years as a critical care nurse, nursing supervisor and nursing professor, Sandra joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and has since served in several benefits management and human resources roles. Sandra specializes in designing value-based employee healthcare benefits focused on quality of care enhancement and cost containment.
Sandra is a member of the Ingenix Employer Advisory Board, the eHealth Initiative Employer/Purchaser Advisory Group, the eHealth Initiative Leadership Council, the Care Focused Purchasing Group, The Initiative for Value-Based Health Benefits, The Health Policy Institute of Ohio Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration (HISPC) Steering Committee, The Center for Health Value Innovation, the URAC Employer Advisory Committee, and the Ohio Health Information Partnership Advisory Board.
