Speakers 2008: Kelly Esselman, CEBS, SPHR
Kelly Esselman is a staff member of the Human Resource Services Group at Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC). Kelly consults with and provides training for member organizations in all facets of Human Resources specializing in Benefits and Compensation. Prior to joining MSEC, Kelly worked as a human resources manager and generalist in a variety of industries including Investment Banking, Telecom, Publishing and Wholesale/Retail. She graduated from Pace University with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a minor in Statistics. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute, a Group Benefit Associate and Compensation Management Specialist working towards her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation through the International Foundation for Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of Business.
