Speakers 2008: Mark Parcheta, Esq
Mark Parcheta is a senior attorney on the Governmental Regulations Staff of Mountain States Employers Council. He trains, advises and represents employers on numerous issues affecting the employer/employee relationship. He is also a co-author of the MSEC's book titled “Violence Goes to Work.” Mark received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Denver in 1981. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver in 1984. He has been admitted to practice law in Colorado since 1984 and joined the staff of Mountain States Employers Council in 1988. Prior to joining the Council, Mark was a hearing officer with the Colorado Department of Labor and was in private practice with a general practice firm.
