Speakers 2008: Neil Sullivan, MPH
Neil Sullivan is the Director of Human Capital Consulting at Human Capital Management Services, Inc (HCMS). Neil leads the HCMS consulting team in providing client strategic direction through the conceptualization and interpretation of human capital analysis and research. Neil holds a BS degree in Community Health Education from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and an M.P.H in Population Health Management from the University of South Carolina. Neil began his career in the worksite health promotion industry with a significant emphasis on behavior modification and program evaluation. More than 10 years later he is still dedicated to improving human capital but with a few more tools in his toolbox including sophisticated integrated HCMS data systems and a recent health economist perspective. Neil is speaking today as a lecturer from the Health as Human Capital Foundation, a not-for-profit education arm of the HCMS Group.
