Speakers 2008: Tamara Kirk, MBA, CCP, RPA, CEBS, SPHR
Tamara Kirk is the Director of Benefits Administration for Colorado Springs Utilities. She has been the Benefits Supervisor at the Utilities for the past ten years and has spent more than 25 years of her career in HR. Tamara has worked in Benefits and Compensation Management for a number of public and private sector organizations throughout her career. She received her MBA from CU-Denver and has certification in Benefits, Compensation and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. Tamara is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Colorado Business Group on Health as the Board Secretary.
